Standard tracked shipping in Ireland (all 32 counties) - €13
Standard tracked shipping to EU (Zone 2) - €26.00
Standard tracked shipping to Zone 3 - €35.00
Standard tracked shipping to Great Britain - €26.00
Standard tracked shipping to USA - €53.00
Shipping costs are additional to the retail price. I use An Post to ship my pieces as they’re just great. All packages are tracked and insured.
If you would like to have a piece shipped to An Post Zone 4 as per here please contact me on brioniconnolly@gmail.com with your postal address to get a shipping quote.
Shipping times
Orders are shipped as soon as possible after receiving them. I send out orders all the way through from Monday-Friday. I carefully wrap and pack each order, double boxing for shock-protection.
You can expect your package to arrive within 1-3 business days (Ireland) or 7-10 business days (Europe), once shipped.
Please note that outside of the EU you might be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of your order.
Damage
I take great care in packaging my work as safely as possible. In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged, please take a photograph of this and contact me within 24 hrs of the receipt of your order.
Returns
It is important for me that you are happy with what you have ordered. Please note however that my pieces are entirely handmade and are presented as unique works of art and as such they are perfectly imperfect. These characteristics are not considered flaws, but rather contribute to the organic nature of handmade pieces. Please take care when ordering and look through the photos carefully so as to avoid any disappointment.
Despite this, if you would still like to return your order please email me on brioniconnolly@gmail.com and I will send you information on how to proceed. Please note that the shipping costs are at your own expense. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. I am not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment.Insurance on your return is highly recommended as a refund cannot be issued for a piece that does not find it’s way back or comes back damaged.x
